Denver, CO – Computronix is pleased to announce that its POSSE Land Management and Licensing System (“POSSE LMS”) has been selected by the City of Albuquerque to replace its legacy Permitting, Inspections and Case Management System.
With a population of over 550,000, Albuquerque is the 4th largest City in the Rocky Mountain region and has been continually ranked as one of the fastest growing Cities in America.
The City’s Planning Department, made up of the Building Safety, Code Enforcement, Urban Design and Development, Development Review Services Divisions and AGIS, will be implementing the award-winning POSSE Software which will include the POSSE Citizen Web Portal, POSSE Land Management modules, POSSE GIS and POSSE Mobile modules, and real-time POSSE Dashboard Reporting. Additionally, the POSSE LMS software will be utilized to deliver a new solution for Special Event Permitting and Business Registration processes. The new system introduces web technology and automated electronic processes that will be remotely accessible to City staff, businesses and citizens.
